What to see in Kangra, India

Bir and Billing do not have an airport. The paragliding sites probably cannot have an airport because if paragliders and big commercial mechanized aircrafts share the sky, accidents may occur. Accidents occur during paragliding. This is a fact. However, the causes are mainly manmade. For example, inadequate training, poor techniques, ignoring weather conditions… The accidents can injure head, spine, pelvic, and lower and upper limbs.
