Inappropriate Use of Words Creates Laughter

  Recently, I contacted a big company about its product. I received a prompt reply that advised me to await a day or two. The customer executive (unintentionally) closed the email with a one-liner that reduced anxiety related to the wait period: Truly apologize for your kind cooperation.
