Walk the Dzuko Trail with MMTA this Summer
Surrounded by high mountains, the Dzuko Valley in Senapati District (Manipur,India) runs along Nagaland border. During January and February, the river freezes, icicles form, everything becomes white as snow embraces it. The course fee starts from INR 200.00 per person. The association also offers eco-tourism and trekking packages. The MMTA, featuring Kangla Rock & Sports Climbing Wall, hosts climbing competitions regularly. MMI manages Adventure and Leadership Complex in Lamdan, Churachandpur, which is an hour’s drive from Imphal. The park features Natural Rock, Spider Net,BurmaBridge and other obstacles.
Weekend in Araku & Tyda: Karst Landforms, Luxuriant Forest, Tribal Village
Tyda, nestled in Anantagiri Hills of the Eastern Ghats in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, is an eco-tourism destination at an altitude of 1,520 feet. Tyda, 70 km from Viskhapatnam, commands view of the Eastern Ghats and offers an opportunity to trek, rock climb and practice archery.
