The Indian Institute of Skiing & Mountaineering (IISM), operating from Gulmarg and Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir(J&K), has a ski rental shop. You can rent ice hockey, ice-skating, skiing and snow boarding equipment from the shop. The institute even rents out snow groomers and snow scooters (snowmobiles) to tourists.
